Foam Sciences Division is a leading producer of custom blended foam formulations and materials used in a wide variety of industries, including health care, industrial and electronics. 

Our proprietary hydrophilic foam formulations such as Capu-Cell^TM meet the requirements of a broad range of applications such as clean room wipes, medical devices, cushion pads, shock isulation, spacers, and consumer products.

OUR STORY

Foam Sciences was founded in 1991 by a group of PHD Chemists who wanted to develop a superior Hydrophilic Polyurethane Foam.  After several years of R&D, Foam Sciences developed its proprietary hydrophilic foam Capu-cell™. In 1998 Foam Sciences was acquired by TMP Technologies, a global contract manufacturer. Today Foam Sciences is a leading producer of hydrophilic polyurethane foam.
We pride ourselves in providing custom products that meet the requirements of a broad range of applications such as absorbent foam pads, business machine rollers and consumer products.We are your pivotal answer for turn-key custom blended foam formulations.

TMP Technologies Corporate Headquarters

TMP Technologies, Inc., founded in 1954, is a multinational market leader in specialty foam, rubber, plastic and metal fabrication.Currently TMP Technologies is a specialty contract designer and manufacturer of components and assemblies manufactured using foam, rubber, plastic, and metal. TMP Corporate Headquarters is located in Buffalo, NY and encompasses a 50,000 sq foot facility with administrative offices as well as manufacturing space dedicated to TMP's foam fabrication, converting, and assembly work. The company consists of three (3) divisions: Advanced Rubber Products, Foam Sciences and Precisiona Foam Assemblies. TRS Packaging currently undertakes specialty contracts and projects.
